1. Overview
At Reflevats, we are committed to delivering high-quality SMS and email marketing solutions that drive measurable results. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our marketing services and subscription plans.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
Full Refunds:
Request is made within 7 days of initial payment.
No marketing campaigns (SMS or email) have been launched or scheduled.
Applies only to monthly subscription-based services or prepaid campaign packages.
Partial Refunds:
Request is made within 14 days of payment.
Less than 25% of the campaign budget has been utilized.
A processing fee of $25 may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Campaigns have already been launched or partially executed.
- More than 25% of the allocated services or credits have been used.
- Customized strategy sessions, consulting hours, or setup fees.
- One-time promotional campaigns marked as non-refundable.
- Missed scheduled strategy calls due to client-side delays or unavailability.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@redivee.com with your full name, business name, service package, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Service Cancellation by Reflevats
If Reflevats cancels a project due to internal constraints (e.g., staffing, platform issues, or campaign feasibility), clients will be eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer credits to a future campaign or service.
